TNA - Training Needs Analysis / GAP Analysis

Companies have a variety of employees each with their own educational background, training and qualification.

 

Depending on National Licensing Regulations and the Company Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) employees in any given role must fulfil certain training requirements. This leads to the need to monitor the individual employee’s training record. Analysing the training records should show any gaps in a person’s qualification profile. Such issues have regulatory impacts.

 

ATS has developed a TNA / GA application to ensure that staff are correctly qualified and to identify any training gaps.

 

The TNA / GA application, being customised to your organisation, is able to proceed through all applicable rules and information. The output of the TNA / GA is a complete analysis in terms of identified gaps per employee thus permitting the required training to be scheduled.

 

Built on a modular principle, data entry can be in MS Excel format, from a database, or as .txt or .xml files. The TNA / GNA output may be published as simple numbers, as a graphical representation or as a simple database file.
